All personal training sessions, consultations, and coaching programs must be booked through our website or authorized channels.
Cancellations: You may cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Refunds: Refunds for prepaid sessions or packages are available only if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Refund requests after this time may be denied or subject to partial refund at our discretion.
Rescheduling: Missed sessions can often be rescheduled upon request, subject to availability.
All physical products purchased through our online shop are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
